San Andreas West Wines(SAWW) Terms & Conditions:

SAWW reserves the right to correct any price and/or discount due to errors or
other circumstances beyond our control.
•A minimum order of $250.00, or 2 cases, is required to ensure prompt delivery.
Please order accordingly, and allow for the possible deletion of severely allocated items
from any order.
•SAWW can not fill every order received. Rare, hard-to-get or allocated items will be shipped in as fair a manner as possible. This is especially difficult when an order must
lose a quantity discount because an item is unavailable. Please allow for an alternative item(s) to be shipped in place of rare, hard-to-get or severely allocated items to keep quantity discounts intact.
•In accordance with the California Business and Professions Code, SAWW must
make any account with a balance outstanding 30 days a C.O.D. account. Any balance outstanding after 42 days will be assessed a late charge of 1.5% per month.
•All returned checks will be subject to a $50.00 service charge.
•Reproduction in part or in whole of this material without permission from
San Andreas West Wines is strictly prohibited.
•All prices, terms, policies and procedures are void where prohibited by law.
